Here's the Thing....

To look like this....

I need to give up this...
And these...
And these....

And these...

And my all time fav., my staple....

And trade it in for this....

with little dressing, no cheese and no croutons {aka boring and gross}...

And give up this....

For this...
Hiking...

Exercise...

Sweating...

You see, it's really not my thing.

I just don't know if I am ready.

I don't think it's worth it.

But I do.

But I don't.

I really don't want to {and won't} give up on all that deliciousness.

So instead, I complain that I don't have that body because I would match rather it magically appear than to do all that. It's a lot easier.

So any secret tips on how to look like that without exercising and giving up all the goodness are welcome. =)

Sidenote: Yesterdays' post was not supposed to be a poor-me-negative-nancy! My life is wonderful, I thought those little things were comical. I appreciate all your kind comments though! If crumbled bread, burnt breakfast and a bright purple wall is the worst part of my day- I'm doing pretty good!

Double Sidenote: Let's talk So You Think You Can Dance for a sec. There is just way too many contemporary dancers. Sometimes I get it and like it, sometimes I don't. It's getting to be a little much- where are the hip hop dancers??

Okay that is seriously me. I get on a health/exercise kick for awhile and then I get sick of it and just want to eat OREOS!!
Seriously. You should start the shred back up...i'm starting it...and hoping that because of doing that i CAN eat all that delicious food ; )

AMEN!!! I seriously have a MAJOR addiction to oreo's, brownies, and everything else unhealthy. And exercise, well that just isn't much fun.

I have been trying to eat a VERY healthy breakfast and lunch. Then I eat a normal dinner but just try to control my portion size. There is no way I will ever give up the good tasting things in life because let's face it.....life is too short! So, I still have my splurges as long as I am good the rest of the day! :-)

I am totally with you girl!! Somedays I can get rid of all the junk food, and start workin out, then the next, forget it all!!! I want my ice cream! LOL!

But seriously, one thing I do that has seemed to help a little is to make sure my portions are small.

I hear ya! I also would like to say - all those magz are air brushed! I figure life is too short to give up what you love. I workout SO I can eat what I want! All in moderation! :)

Girl, I feel ya! Haha! Seriously... I'm like addicted to all things sugar! And I think I have kind of faced the fact that I will never look like that because I just love sweets and FOOD too much! HAH! :) I do the 30 day shred 4-5 times a week and eat kinda crappy. :( at least I haven't gained anything!!

Easy ways to loose weight via the Devil Wears Prada

1) Eat nothing. Then when you think you're about to pass out eat 1 small cube of cheese

2) The Stomach Flu. From the quote "I'm just 1 good stomach flu away from my goal weight!"

But in reality, I hope you do none of those (dangerous) silly things. You are prefect just the way you are.

I feel you, girl! We bought some Oreos while we were at the beach and they were gone SO fast!

My sentiments exactly :) unfortunately there is no miracle cure or I'd be skinny and toned and tan :)

However, my advice is to find something you like doing - walking, biking, trampoline, something and try to do it every day for at least 30 minutes.

I also just joined the 100 squats a day challenge for the month of June. Basically you can break them up however you want as long as you do 100 a day :)

I don't want to give up any of those things either. Can't we just exercise and it will all melt away? :)
I like to believe that will happen.

Ha! Your hiking face is too funny! I share your dislike for exercise. Instead of going for a run tonight, I ate cheese and crackers. Oops!

Hey Mrs. J! Oh I'm so right in the boat w/ you and the rest of these girls. We should start a club (support group?) or something! I LOVE FOOD! Major conflict there w/ attaining a perfect body. Last summer I was really good for 3 months, then I pulled a muscle and off the bandwagon I went running to my comfort foods right away! Last night, instead of exercising, I did watch So You Think...and you're right - too many contemporary dancers. Where's the diversity?! I thought it was pretty funny watching everybody try to ballroom! It DID inspire me to look up some dance classes for the summer though - to balance out all the cookouts you know... Happy weekend to you!
